What is Left? What is Right? Is there a Balanced Center?
Sunday Jun 09, 2024
Sunday Jun 09, 2024
What is left wing? What is right wing? Today's definitions describe communism as "far left" and fascism as "far right." Such a definition wouldn't make sense in the minds of the Founding Fathers of our U.S. Constitution. Their wisdom and political experience measured "Left" and "Right" in a more practical and useful way; in a logical methodology that identifies Left or Right according to the amount of political power or governmental control. The Founders would put tyranny on the far left and anarchy on the far right, with both extremes dangerous positions for any society. It was their miraculous success formula that placed the Federal Government, as constrained by Constitutional definitions, in the balanced center: Enough power to govern and protect a society while at the same time, limited power to allow society the freedom to pursue individual growth and prosperity.
Did you know that prior to implementing the principals engrained in the United States Constitution, the world used tools and methodology basically unchanged for 5,000 years? This episode dives into the remarkable "5,000 Year Leap" from those early days to the explosive technological and societal leaps made by mankind after unleashing the 28 principles the Founders used to fuel this transformation.
Explore the wisdom of the Founding Fathers and their creation of the U.S. Constitution, an unprecedented achievement in human history. Learn about the principles of political balance, the dangers of extremism, and how the Founders' insights remain relevant today.
Join us as we trace the evolution of human governance, the struggles during the infancy of American independence, and the eventual formation of a balanced, free society. Understand the importance of informed citizenship and the ongoing efforts to restore and uphold the Constitution in the tradition of the Founding Fathers.

We delve into the credibility of the Bible as an historical document reinforced through archaeological discoveries in the Middle East and the relevance of its prophetic declarations in today's world.
A spotlight is cast on the monumental event of 1967—Israel's capture of Jerusalem in the Six-Day War and the resultant emotional reverberations amongst Israelis. Detailing the subsequent trials faced by Israeli leadership—in particular, the daunting prospect of reconstructing the sacred Temple—we invoke the human stories intertwined with these historic and prophetic milestones.
Stepping onto the contested ground of Jerusalem, we examine the revered site that stands the test of faith for both Jews and Muslims - the Dome of the Rock. While Jews aspire to build a temple within the Dome's premises, they find themselves in a politically and physically challenging predicament.
Focusing on the proposed Jerusalem Temple, we illuminate the religious significance, historical context, and potential consequences of such a venture. Hence, unraveling a web of faith, contention, prophecy, and political maneuvering that revolve around one of the world's most fiercely disputed cities.
Leaning into the past, the narrative introduces us to the grandeur of the Temple of Solomon, its legendary builders, and their divine pursuits. We aim to encapsulate the architectural marvel of the Temple, the ceremonies performed, and the crucial role it played in Jewish religious life. Further, we explore the Temple's eventual downfall under the Babylonian rule and the resilience showcased by the Jewish community in their quest to rebuild it.
Continuing the journey, we analyze the history and prophetic significance of Solomon’s Temple, the intricate genealogy, and the role of the Kohen, or priests, in Levitical and Jewish traditions.
